I speak for myself when I tell you I have no memories from my first 4 to 5 years of life.

My first memory is from a time when I was around 4 years old, seated on top of my Grandmother’s kitchen table helping her baking pastries.

Now, although this is what my mind tells me, I have no photos from those delicious afternoons I used to share with her and, therefore, all I can count with is my beloved memory that, one day, might fail me.

That’s exactly what I don’t want to happen to the families I’m privileged to capture. We take for granted what we have today without thinking that one day we won’t have it anymore.

If I could go back in time I would make myself a photographer straight out of my mother’s womb and document my entire life, especially my childhood, because many details, faces, moments simply disappeared for lack of physical evidences.

Whatever might be happening in your life at the time of your photoshoot, this time is just for you as a family.

This will be your safe space and time to let all the worries go away for a bit and simply connect to those who you love the most, to cherish what you have, to be grateful for your connection and story. To simply be.

Life can be hectic sometimes, leaving little to no space to stop and just breathe. When we realize another entire month has passed and we didn’t even noticed.

This is the perfect opportunity for you all to look into each other’s eyes, have fun by getting out of the busy and chaotic routine and stop just for a moment to appreciate each others.

Life is in the little things.

Intimacy is the key for every healthy relationship (including for families).

But intimacy can also come with some vulnerability which might not be easy to accept and overcome. Therefore is very important for you to be comfortable and trust in every person who might be present during your photo experience (including me, your photographer ;))

That being said, I’ll make sure we connect throughout the entire process, starting from the first contact. By your photoshoot day, we will not be complete strangers anymore, I’ll be someone with whom you’ll feel safe to be unapologetically yourselves.

That’s my goal! Because we are in this together ♡

The beauty of this world comes from it’s diversity (in everything) and that deserves not only to be embraced but also celebrated.

I’m ruled by love. I don’t care about skin color, body types, gender roles, sexual orientation or even religious beliefs. If you are happy, act from a place of love and are not harming anyone (physically or verbally), then I’m all into knowing you!

Your family time with me is a safe place for you all to be whoever you are, with no fear or shame attached. Life is too short, who the hell have time for hate anyways? I don’t ;)
